BERLIN, MA — April 20th — In support of the 130th Boston Marathon, volunteers from the Berlin Fire & EMS Department staffed a medical tent along the race course.
Firefighter/EMT Chris Melone, EMT Ben Matthew, Lieutenant/Paramedic Jeremy O'Connell, Firefighter/EMT Kevin Benoit, and Lieutenant/EMT Kevin Colomey were among the personnel assigned. Throughout the event, crews helped with runners' and spectators' medical coverage, offering assistance as needed.
