Waltham Captain John Babstock was feted at Engine 3’s quarters on April 15th. John was retiring after 28 years of service. He was very instrumental in speccing out many new pieces of fire apparatus for the department. He also served in the Navy as a Senior Chief Petty Officer/Aviation Structural Mechanic.
