Early-Morning Commercial Fire Alarm Brings Multi-Company Response in Edwardsville Borough

At approximately 2:22 a.m. on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, the Larksville Fire Department was dispatched to a commercial fire alarm activation in Edwardsville Borough. The incident was logged as call number 2025-342. Fire units responded promptly to the scene to investigate the alarm and ensure the safety of the property and surrounding area.

Engine 1 from Larksville arrived on scene alongside Edwardsville Engine, Kingston/Forty Fort Tower 1, Engine 4, and Medic 10A. Crews conducted a thorough investigation of the building and confirmed conditions on site. No fire was reported following the response, and units operated according to standard procedures before clearing the scene. The coordinated response highlighted continued inter-department cooperation during overnight emergency incidents.
