Bordentown, New Jersey — December 6 — A water main break on East Drive that resulted in poor water pressure and brief service outages was reported to the locals. The City of Bordentown Water Department reports that repair crews were sent to find and mend the break.

It was anticipated that repairs would take about eight hours to finish. In order to guarantee emergency services access and traffic safety in the vicinity of the work zone during that time, coordination with local agencies was crucial. Residents with discolored water were urged to run cold water until it cleared once service was restored. While repairs were being made and regular service was being restored, Bordentown Fire District 2, situated at 262 Crosswicks Road, continued to support operations and help the community as needed.
