WALTHAM, MA - On December 22, 2022, Mass State Police reported a rollover crash on I-95 south in Waltham with conflicting locations. Waltham Fire dispatched Engine 2, Rescue 1 and Medic 3. While en route, Deputy Tony Capello requested Engine 4 be dispatched to check out I-95 north. Firefighters found three cars involved in the accident, with a pickup truck on its side. All individuals were out of the vehicles and did not require medical attention. The pickup truck hit the embankment so hard it sent boulders flywing up a hill and smashed a parked van.
