December 7, 2025 — Members of Teaneck Firefighters FMBA Local 42 and Teaneck Fire Officers assigned to Engine 22 received an unexpected treat while returning from a call, stopping at a neighborhood hot chocolate stand run by local kids.
Firefighters expressed their appreciation to the young entrepreneurs for the warm drinks and thoughtful gesture, calling it a welcome boost during their shift.
The department praised the children’s hard work and community spirit, highlighting the positive connection between residents and first responders.
