Residents are reminded by the Norwalk Fire Department to keep fire hydrants free throughout the winter. In an emergency, access to water may be delayed by snow and ice. Please keep a clear path to the street and move about three feet away from hydrants. When firemen are responding, a few minutes of shoveling might make all the difference.
