WINN, ME - Lee Fire Rescue assisted Mattawamkeag Fire Department with a structure fire early Monday morning, December 12th, in Winn. Mattawamkeag arrived to find a mobile home with heavy smoke coming from the roof. An interior attack was performed and fire was located by the wood stove and in the ceiling. The fire is believed to have started from the wood stove. Mattawamkeag, Lee, Springfield and Medway Fire Departments all responded, along with Lincoln Ambulance.
