Nashua Fire Controls Building Fire on Amory Street

NASHUA, N.H. — November 28 — Nashua Fire Rescue crews responded to a working structure fire at 7 Amory Street Friday. Upon arrival, firefighters detected smoke in a multi-unit residence and promptly stretched hose lines. Firefighters swiftly put out the fire, and after it was under control, they started gathering equipment. As a precaution, utility providers were informed to turn off the gas and electricity. The Fire Marshal's Office showed up to start looking into the cause and origin of the fire. Nearby apartments were assessed for smoke or water damage. There were no reported injuries.
