Ladder 1 Responds to Working Fire in Somerset

Swansea, MA — November 21 —On the morning of Nov. 21, Ladder 1 from the Swansea Fire Department dispatched mutual aid to the Town of Somerset for a working structure fire. Upon arrival, Swansea firefighters aided Somerset teams with fire attack and overhaul operations.
Partnerships for mutual aid make sure that both communities have the assistance they need when things get busy or when more resources are needed. Before going back to work, every Swansea employee functioned safely during the incident.
