Rindge, NH — October 16 — Following a single-vehicle collision on Route 119 near the West Rindge area on Sunday night, three occupants were taken to local hospitals. Soon after they discovered a small automobile that had veered off the road and collided head-on with a tree, crews were sent out. Airbags sprang into action after the car's front end incurred significant damage. Firefighters made sure the vehicle's power was secured, stabilized the situation, and helped EMS treat patients. While rescuers worked in damp and poor visibility conditions, traffic was halted. According to reports, none of the three patients had life-threatening injuries. Rindge Police are investigating potential contributing circumstances to the collision. First responders advise drivers to exercise additional caution when driving on rural roads, particularly in the autumn when visibility is restricted due to damp leaves.
