Weare, NH — December 2 — A rollover accident on South Stark Highway prompted Weare Fire Rescue, located at 144 North Stark Highway, to respond. When Weare Ambulance 1 arrived, they were informed that the driver had gotten out of the car. Crews evaluated the man, who reported no injuries and declined transport. A second motor vehicle collision involving four vehicles was toned out while units were clearing the area. One patient was taken to the hospital by fire and emergency medical services after they arrived at the scene. Winter road conditions can raise the risk of sliding and shorten stopping distances, according to officials. It is advised that drivers slow down, give themselves more time to get there, and stay vigilant. The public is still being reminded by Weare Fire Rescue that being cautious helps lower the number of traffic accidents.
