Stillwater, NY — November 1 —Over the weekend, the Arvin Hart Fire Company assisted the City of Mechanicville in responding to a reported overturned ATV on the Hudson River. The original report of a vehicle in the water prompted the need for water rescue units.

Responders discovered that the object was a utility cart, not a person in the water. Once the area was judged to be secure, all units returned to service. Rescue 10-3, Marine 11-3 with Air Boat MR 10-8, Car 10, and Car 10-0 all responded to the task.
