Oct. 22, 2025 — Kindergarten students from John Milledge Academy visited the Baldwin County Fire Rescue headquarters, where Educator Dylan Amerson and Captain Shep Davis introduced them to fire escape planning and other key safety practices. During the visit, students observed firefighters in full gear, toured the station, and had the opportunity to spray water using department equipment.

Baldwin County Fire Rescue emphasized the importance of engaging with young learners and fostering safety awareness early. Officials also thanked the on-duty staff whose support made the visit possible.
