Newton, MA - Around 7:00 A.M. on November 25th, the Newton and Weston Fire Departments received a call for a dump truck on its side, located on I-95 southbound, prior to Grove Street.

Weston dispatched Engines 1 and 4, along with Ladder 1 and Medic 1. Newton sent Rescue 1. The driver of the dump truck was uninjured, but 75-gallons of diesel had to be contained.

Thanksgiving traffic was impacted on the Mass Pike and I-95 for close to three hours.
