Barn Fire Assistance

On November 16, 2025, at approximately 6:00 a.m., Quarryville Fire Company was dispatched to assist Oxford Fire Company on a reported barn fire along Forge Road in Lower Oxford Township. Engine 574, Tanker 57, and Truck 57 responded to support the incident, providing manpower for fire attack and establishing water supply operations. Volunteers remained on scene for roughly two hours alongside partnering agencies before returning to service. Quarryville Fire Company extends its appreciation to all responding units for their coordinated efforts.
