AYER, MA - Ayer firefighters arrived to find smoke and fire showing from the first floor of this dwelling on October 28th. Companies made an aggressive interior attack and had the fire knocked down in a short amount of time with no extension to the upper floor. Mutual aid from surrounding towns assisted on the scene.
