Laurys Station, Pa. — October 17 — Participating in the Kid Build It event at Lowe's Home Improvement in Whitehall Township was Laury's Station Volunteer Fire Company, located at 5314 Egypt Road in Laurys Station, Pennsylvania. Families had the opportunity to meet firemen and get a close-up look at the equipment when the department brought a fire engine to the store's parking lot.

The occasion is a component of Lowe's broader initiative to assist youth initiatives and community involvement. Children learnt basic safety lessons from firemen while working on practical construction projects.
