Kilfeather, Lacey-Holly, and Kelly Recognized for Service and Dedication

Wrightstown, Pa. — October 27 —Three members of the Doylestown Fire Company No. 1 were honored during the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce Emergency Services Awards Dinner. This event recognized their dedication and excellence in fire and emergency service across the region.
President and Firefighter Dennis Kilfeather was named the company’s annual nominee for his leadership and outstanding service since joining in 2020. His financial skills have played a key role in securing important funding, including a $1 million grant for a new engine. Kilfeather is also one of the company’s top responders and serves as a mentor to newer members.
Probationary Firefighter Jaymz Lacey-Holly received a scholarship for his commitment to continuing education in the emergency services field. Lacey-Holly’s dedication to learning and training shows his goal of pursuing a career in firefighting.
Firefighter Mark Kelly was recognized as Midway Volunteer Fire Company’s nominee. A former member of Doylestown, Kelly started his fire service career at Station 95 and continues to help while holding the rank of lieutenant with Midway Fire Company 5.
Lingohocken Fire Company congratulated all three honorees and extended best wishes to every recipient recognized at this year’s event.
