Marion, NY. — October 18— The East Palmyra Volunteer Fire Department sponsored Battalion 4 training at the Hogback Hill Racetracks, where the Marion Fire Department joined other companies. Members received training on Brush Truck 69 (BR69), with an emphasis on rural fire tactics, water handling, and pump operations.
These drills improve communication between local fire agencies while preserving preparedness for field and brush fires.
