Hinsdale Firefighters Train on Updated Search and Rescue Skills

Hinsdale, N.H. — October 29 — Members of the Hinsdale Volunteer Fire Department spent the evening training on search and rescue skills, focusing on updated techniques used in modern interior operations. The training allowed firefighters to practice locating victims in limited-visibility environments and operating safely as a coordinated team.

The department extended its appreciation to State Instructor Blake Harden, who led the session and provided hands-on guidance throughout the training. Members noted the value of learning current best practices and expressed gratitude for the time and knowledge shared.
