King Ferry, N.Y.—October 20— The King Ferry Fire Department, located at 1011 NYS Route 34B, welcomed New York State Assemblyman Jeff Gallahan of the 131st District and his Chief of Staff, Alexis Ogra, for a visit focused on future station improvements and renovation plans.

Commissioner Dave Elwyn had reached out to the Assemblyman’s office regarding a state grant program aimed at supporting infrastructure upgrades for fire departments. Assemblyman Gallahan accepted the invitation to tour the facility and see firsthand the areas in need of modernization.
