Findley Lake, NY — October 10 — Findley Lake Volunteer Fire Department joined Stanley Hose Company to celebrate Fire Prevention Week at Sherman Central School. Students met firefighters, toured apparatus, and learned key safety tips in a hands-on setting.
Cornerstone in Sherman provided lunch, adding to the community spirit of the event. The outreach gave firefighters and students a chance to connect outside emergency scenes, reinforcing the value of education and preparedness.
