October 28, 2025 — The Barker Fire Department, Inc. took part in a festive Trunk or Treat event held at the Barker Public Library, bringing Halloween fun and community engagement to local families.
Firefighters joined other participants in decorating vehicles and handing out candy to children, while also sharing important fire safety tips and encouraging families to check their smoke alarms as the colder months approach.
The department thanked the Barker Public Library for hosting the event and the community for turning out to make it a fun, safe, and family-friendly evening.
