Steelton, Pa.—October 3— The Steelton Fire Department, based at 185 N. Front Street, took advantage of a clear morning to perform a detailed cleaning and maintenance session on its tower ladder apparatus.
Firefighters spent the morning inspecting, washing, and servicing the tower components, including ladder sections, hydraulics, and controls. These regular checks help ensure that the department’s aerial equipment remains fully operational and safe for emergency use.
