Harrisburg, Pa.—October 19— The Swatara Fire-Rescue, located at 599 Eisenhower Blvd., responded this morning to assist York County crews with aerial support during a large fire incident.

Swatara’s unmanned aerial system, UAS 91, operated alongside a drone from the Newberry Township Police Department to provide incident command with overhead visuals of the scene. The real-time aerial footage allowed crews to confirm that the fire was fully contained following overnight suppression efforts.
