Firefighters Perform Sidewall Removal in Vehicle Rescue

Wrightsville, Pa. — October 9 — Rescue 41-1 and Hellam Fire Company responded to a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Hellam Street and Cool Creek Road. Upon arrival, crews found one occupant trapped inside the vehicle.
The Squad Company performed a sidewall removal to safely extricate the individual. Once the patient was removed and turned over to EMS, crews cleared the scene.
The quick and coordinated response between Wrightsville and Hellam firefighters ensured an efficient and safe rescue operation.
