Dover Township, Pa. — October 20 — According to the Dover Township Fire Department, Rescue Squad 9 and Tanker 9 were helping Company 11 deal with a significant mulch fire that also involved several buildings in Jackson Township. While crews conducted attack and containment operations, Chief 140 served as incident command.
