Haneyville, Pa. — September 22 — Members of the Haneyville Volunteer Fire Company held a practical training session focused on patient packaging and immobilization skills, essential components of emergency medical response.

The evening exercise allowed firefighters and emergency responders to review the correct use of straps, head blocks, and spinal immobilization devices to safely secure patients before transport. This type of training helps ensure that responders maintain confidence and coordination when handling trauma or accident victims.
