Windsor EMS were at scene. Deputy Orange County Fire Coordinator 36-14 at scen-New Windsor Fire Inspectors at scene. Red Cross was notified of residents who

lived in residence. Fire is under investigation. Good Will/Salisbury Mills stood by during incident.
