October 1, 2025 — In the early morning hours, the Red Bank Fire Department was dispatched to 28 Riverside Avenue for a balcony contents fire on the fifth floor of the building.
Upon arrival, firefighters quickly accessed the affected area and worked to contain and extinguish the fire before it could extend into the structure. Their swift actions prevented further damage and ensured the safety of residents.
The department extends sincere thanks to the Middletown Fire Department Ladder 180 for providing mutual aid support during the incident.
No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
