November 28, 2025 — The Hasbrouck Heights Volunteer Fire Department had a busy but festive evening as members participated in the borough’s annual holiday parade and Christmas tree lighting at the circle.
Just moments before the parade was set to begin, the department was dispatched to Teterboro for a fire alarm. Crews quickly responded, investigated, and cleared the alarm without incident—allowing them to return just in time to join the community celebration.
The department extended its gratitude to The Heights Flower Shoppe for generously donating wreaths to decorate their apparatus for the event.
