Millville, Del. — October 6 — Millville Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. welcomed families and community partners for its Fire Prevention Week Open House and Fun Day, combining education with hands-on learning.
Children explored fire trucks, enjoyed a bouncy house, and completed the Junior Firefighter Obstacle Course. A highlight of the day was the Dagsboro Volunteer Fire Department’s Fire Safety House, where students practiced safe evacuation during a simulated smoke alarm activation.
