Glen Gardner, N.J. — October 14 —Crews from Glen Gardner Fire Company No. 1 responded to Franklin Township, Warren County, for a multi-alarm structure fire Tuesday evening. Engine 12 arrived as part of a tender task force and was reassigned to operate as a relay engine, while crew members assisted in suppression efforts.
At 6:45 p.m., Tender 12 was requested and supplied more than 18,000 gallons of water before being released. Later that night, an additional crew of five firefighters returned to aid in overhaul operations, remaining on scene until 2:00 a.m.
