Neptune, NJ: The township's office of emergency prepared their High Water Vehicles and water rescue capabilities for incoming storm conditions on October 11. The coastal storm did impact Neptune Township and towns along the New Jersey shoreline. The township has a water rescue group, which operates under their emergency management office.
