Janvier Firefighters Teach Safety and Prevention at Local School

Janvier, N.J. — October 6 — Members of the Janvier Volunteer Fire Company visited Janvier Elementary School as part of Fire Prevention Week.
Firefighters taught students key fire safety practices and explained what to do during an emergency. Students also had the chance to explore fire apparatus, see firefighting gear up close, and meet their local firefighters.
The visit aimed to help young learners understand the importance of fire safety while building positive connections between firefighters and the community they serve.
