Clayton Firefighters Aid Burn Patient Transport to Regional Burn Center

September 29 — Clayton, N.J. — Shortly after 1:00 a.m., the Clayton Fire Department’s Engine 41 assisted BLS units and medics with establishing a landing zone for a medivac transport. The patient sustained serious burns and required air transport to a regional burn center for treatment.
Firefighters secured the area, provided lighting, and supported EMS operations to ensure a safe and efficient transfer. The coordinated effort between fire, EMS, and air medical crews helped expedite care for the injured patient.
