Firefighters from Across the Region Attend “Search Mindset” Lecture

October 7 — South Orange, N.J. — The South Essex Firefighters Foundation hosted its first annual training event, featuring the “Search Mindset” lecture by Justin McWilliam. Firefighters from as far as Maryland and Massachusetts attended the session, held at the Morris County Public Safety Academy.
The Foundation thanked its sponsors—Fire & Safety Services, Snore No More, and the New Jersey FMBA—along with all who donated raffle items. Organizers said the success of this inaugural event sets the stage for an annual tradition of firefighter education and collaboration.
