Winona Lake and Orange Lake FD responded to a report of a vehicle into the guard rail on I-84 East bound off ramp Exit 36. Firefighters arrived and disconnected the battery and
spread speedy dry on fluids on roadway. Town/Newburgh Police and EMS were at scene. Town/Newburgh EMS transported driver to Montefiore-St Lukes Hospital.. Exit ramp was
shut down during incident. New York State Police arrived and investigating the cause.
