Aug. 24, 2025 — The Tri-County Fire Company proudly celebrated 75 years of dedicated service to Mansfield Township with a community gathering and traditional “wet down” ceremony for its new fire engine.

The event drew strong community support, with residents, families, and neighboring fire departments joining in the festivities. Firefighters marked the milestone by honoring the department’s long-standing tradition of teamwork, service, and commitment to public safety.

Special thanks were extended to the Washington Township Fire Department (Warren County, NJ) and Mountain Lake Fire Company (72 Fire) for providing water and assisting during the celebration.

“Community support is what keeps our tradition alive,” the department said in a statement. “Here’s to the next 75 years of service, pride, and dedication.”
