Uninjured Driver Extricated from Rollover in Fair Lawn

FAIR LAWN, NJ - On October 1st at approximately 4:30 PM, units responded to a motor vehicle accident at Radburn Rd. and High St., outside the firehouse of Fair Lawn Fire Co. #4. The two-vehicle crash ended up in the intersection, with one vehicle resting on its side. The occupant was unable to self-extricate due to the resting place of the vehicle. Fair Lawn Rescue Squad, Fair Lawn Volunteer Ambulance Corps and Fire Co. #4 responded to the scene. Rescue was able to use struts to stabilize the vehicle and a glass cutting tool was used to remove the windshield to allow the driver to exit the car. The ambulance assessed the driver, who declined any medical treatment.
