Perth Amboy, N.J. — September 12 — At the 148th New Jersey State Firefighters Association Annual Convention and Memorial Service, the Perth Amboy Fire Department honored four of its own who passed away over the last year: Robert Herman, Eugene Otlowski Jr., Pat Spera, and Theodore Szyvist.
