STATEN ISLAND, NY - In September, the FDNY Promotion Ceremony for Captain, Supervising Fire Marshal, Lieutenant and Fire Marshal was held at the Ocean Breeze Track and Field Facility in Staten Island. Seventy FDNY members from around NYC were promoted on September 13th.
