Seneca house fire

SENECA, NY - On Monday, September 7, at 7:09 p.m., Seneca Castle, Hopewell and Stanley fire departments, along with Mercy EMS responded to a house fire at 2199 Ferguson Road in the town of Seneca.


Upon arrival, firefighters found a fully involved single story dwelling and a second alarm was struck bringing Geneva, Clifton Springs, Oaks Corners and Phelps to the scene.


There were no injuries reported, however several pets were unaccounted for.


The cause of the blaze was under investigation by Ontario County Emergency Management.
