September 10, 2025 — The Salisbury Volunteer Fire Department spent Tuesday evening sharpening their life-saving skills with a focused vehicle extrication training session.
Firefighters worked with an overturned vehicle scenario, stabilizing the car and practicing techniques to safely remove trapped occupants. Using hydraulic rescue tools, crews simulated real-world operations, cutting and prying open the vehicle to gain access.
