September 12, 2025 — On Friday afternoon, the Candia Fire Department responded to a unique rescue when a frightened dog became trapped inside a culvert.
Crews worked carefully and patiently to access the narrow space, ultimately maneuvering through mud to reach the pup.
Brady was safely rescued and reunited with his grateful owner.
“We’re proud to serve this community — both the two-legged and the four-legged members,” the department said.
