Honoring Heroes: Guilderland Fire Department Joins 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony

In the morning of 11 September members of the Guilderland Fire Department took part in the 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony hosted by the Altamont Fire Department.
Today marks 24 years since the tragic events of September 11, 2001. We honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost—including 343 firefighters, 60 police officers, and so many others who gave the ultimate sacrifice.
We remember their courage, the unity that carried us through, and the strength that continues to inspire us. We stand together in our promise: We will never forget
