Route 208 South Crash: All Three Wyckoff Fire Companies Respond to Evening Collision

WYCKOFF, NJ — Firefighters from all three township stations mobilized Wednesday evening to secure the scene of a multi-vehicle crash along a busy state highway.

On September 9, emergency units were dispatched to Route 208 South in Bergen County following reports of a motor vehicle accident impacting the evening commute.

Responding crews from Wyckoff Protection Fire Company 1, Community Engine Co. 2, and Sicomac Engine Co. 3 arrived quickly on location to assess the scene. Firefighters conducted safety sweeps, managed traffic hazards, and secured the involved vehicles against fluid leaks and fire risks. Fortunately, no injuries were reported among the motorists, and all damaged vehicles were safely removed by the designated duty tow service before crews cleared the roadway.
