AMHERST, N.Y. (Sept. 4, 2025) — Snyder firefighters launched their fall drill season this week with an auto extrication exercise at the United Auto yard.
The drill included demonstrations of battery-powered tools led by representatives from Amkus, along with instructors Tony Schueckler and Mike Meldrum.
New members trained under Capt. Gugliuzza and Lt. Holzmann on the basics of vehicle stabilization and extrication techniques.
