Greensboro Fire Responds to Late-Night Crash

August 31, 2026 — Greensboro, Vermont: At at 10:08 p.m. on Monday, the Greensboro Fire Department arrived at the scene of a reported single-vehicle collision near the junction of Breezy Avenue and Country Club Road.


One car was in a ditch when the firefighters arrived. The occupants had already left the car, and there were no reports of exposures or fluid leaks.


Glover Ambulance Non-Emergency assessed the occupants and found no injuries. To remove the car, Caledonia Wrecker Service was contacted. The reason of the collision is being looked into by the Orleans County Sheriff's Department.


At around 11:15 p.m., Greensboro firemen evacuated the area. The Greensboro Volunteer Fire Department is listed by the municipality as 765 Breezy Avenue.
